ROLE:
As a Customer Care Representative with Legacy Family Life, your primary role is to enhance client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support. You are the frontline of our customer experience, embodying our commitment to empathy, professionalism, and effective communication. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional customer service; you are tasked with ensuring our clients feel valued, understood, and confident in our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
-Client Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to client inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as necessary.
-Data Integrity: Keep client records up-to-date in our Legacy CRM, ensuring all interactions are logged and information is current.
-Client Education: Inform clients about policy details, updates, and any relevant information that enhances their understanding and satisfaction with our services.
-Feedback Loop: Collect and report client feedback to the management team, identifying opportunities for service improvement.
-Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring a seamless experience.
RESULTS:
-High Client Satisfaction: Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
-Efficient Issue Resolution: Ensure client issues are resolved promptly, with a focus on first-call resolution where possible. Ability to answer 90% of Incoming Calls and provide prompt messaging to clients within 5 minutes.
-Accurate Client Records: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records within the Legacy CRM; providing documentation and notes of all client interactions.
-Positive Client Retention Rates: Contribute to retaining clients through proactive service and engagement and helping maintain a client retention of 80% or higher.
-Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
-Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. (2+ Years)
-Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing practical and timely solutions to client issues.
-Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other technology platforms to manage client interactions and data.
-Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new information, processes, and changing client needs.
-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client records and communications.
-Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
